Network Spinal is unlike other kinds of Chiropractic techniques, as it is gentle and energetic in nature. Gentle touch is applied to key points along the neck, spine, and sacrum to illicit change in muscle tone and neural pathways. After or during a visit (called an entrainment), some people may notice sensations in the body. You may notice a change in your gait, posture, or stance. Sometimes emotions or memories come up as well. These are all normal and expected, as you find new ways to access and use energy. Be patient with yourself. Take time to notice and feel these things. Ask questions if needed.

One word you may see or hear around here is SRI. SRI stands for Somato Respiratory Integration. Dr. Deana Brooksher teaches this technique using Dr. Donny Epstein's book, The 12 Stages of Healing. SRI educates you to your body's rhythms and inner wisdom through focused attention, gentle breath, movement and touch.
