ABOUT ACUPUNCTURE:
Acupuncture is the insertion of sterile, single-use needles into designated points on the body for the purpose of healing. Acupuncture needles are extremely thin, and insertion is generally painless. Some people experience a tingling or achey sensation around the needles caused by the movement of energy in the body, also known as Qi.
